Here's a paradox, the items that are most likely to be branded with a recycling symbol are the ones that least get recycled: PLASTICS.

It's true plastics have changed our lives for the better. But, these disposable articles are here to stay. Forever, like a bad house guest. Think about it, a yogurt container could inhabit this planet longer than you and your children and their children and theirs and theirs. It could outlive some species in the planet! It's no joke we all can help by SIMPLY recycling and rethinking what and how we are purchasing things. This is the impact different plastics have on the environment when disposed off incorrectly:

    Unplug lamps that you rarely use. Electric current still runs through them, a lot of it, so unplug the electrical items you don’t use frequently! For example your phone charger, only plug it in when you are charging.
